1. Service provider: Flying Bisons Sp. z o.o., a limited liability company duly incorporated under the law of Poland, with its seat in Skierniewice, Poland, at 16 Czysta Street, 96-100 Skierniewice, NIP (tax id number): 8361861288, REGON (statistical number): 363786982, entered into the Entrepreneurs’ Register of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the Łódź-Śródmieście in Łódź, XX Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS No.: 0000603774, with share capital amounting to PLN 20,000.00.

2. Service: delivery of the Website, including delivery digital content in the form of the State of CX in e-Government Platforms report. The Service is free of charge.

3. Service User: the service is provided only to entities that are not consumers (Article 22 of the Civil Code, i.e. a natural person concluding a contract with the Service Provider not directly related to his or her business or professional activity) and not entrepreneurs with the rights consumer within the meaning of Article 385(5) of the Civil Code  (a natural person concluding with the Administrator a contract directly related to his/her business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have a professional character for this person, resulting in particular from the subject of the activity performed by him/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity - PL CEiDG).

4. Requirements for the provision of the service:
a) technical conditions necessary for cooperation with the IT system used by the service provider: Internet access, an internet browser, having an active e-mail account;
b) the service recipient cannot provide illegal content

5. The contract for the delivery of the report is concluded when you click the "get early access" button.

6. If the Service User does not want to consent to sending e-mail correspondence for commercial purposes in order to receive a report, may contact the Service Provider to agree on another form of purchasing the report.
